Before ordering your product we advise you to carefully read the following terms and conditions. We remind you that with the purchase of one of our products you automatically accept the terms and conditions which will also be applied to any further purchase.To buy a Juugo product you must be 18 years old, or else have the parents’ permission.


What are the expected payment methods and policies?

We remind you that all of the products will remain under Juugo’s property until the payment has taken place.

Delivery costs and taxes are calculated before confirming the order. If you are under 18 years old remember that a parents’ permission is necessary in order to buy a product.

All of the payments are managed by third parties in order to guarantee the protection of your personal data and allow you to buy online in utter security. The credit card information will not be saved and all of the related data will be managed through a SSL encryption. Therefore, we suggest reading the terms and conditions related to the payment channel chosen for the transactions as the providers will be the ones in charge of the transaction itself.

Keep in mind that local taxes may be applied, depending on the fiscal local policies. The buyer will eventually bear such costs.

 
What is Juugo’s return policy?

We recommend contacting Juugo before returning any product. You can do it here.

We also advise you to always check the delivery to make sure everything is in order and there are no mistakes. In case you are not satisfied or something went wrong, you can contact Juugo and provide us with all of the details. Together we will find the best solution for you.
 

What are the conditions for returning a Juugo product?

You can return the product within 30 days of the delivery. The product must be sealed and in optimal state, as if it had to be sold once again. If the product is ruined or used you will not be reimbursed.

Make sure to include all of the contact information in the returning product and, if possible, provide Juugo with the tracking code of the shipment. 
Juugo will reimburse you through the available payment methods. If you paid with an invoice, you will have to give us a valid account number for the transaction. The fastest and easiest way to confirm us the delivery of the product and of all of the data is via e-mail. 

Be aware! If the product is returned via an international shipping service remember to flag the package as “RETURNED” in order to avoid further taxes. In any case, Juugo is not in charge of the application of such taxes. 


Is it possible to change the product?

If you want to change a Juugo cover for another one, you just need to send us back the purchased product and writes us via e-mail which cover you wish receiving in return. We will do our best to please your demand as quickly as possible.
 

What happens if the product is damaged?

While opening the package containing your Juugo cover, if you notice that the product is damaged or if the package goes missing during the shipping, we ask you to report it to us as soon as possible. This way we can solve the problem.


What is the policy if a product is not collected?

For the packages not collected at the post office or by the delivery service within 14 days, Juugo reserves the right to apply a surcharge in order to cover the return expenses of the product.


What else should I know?

The events out of Juugo’s direct control and supervision are to be considered as due to force majeure. In these cases – i.e. governmental acts, legislative penalties, conflicts, embargoes, sabotages, wars, strikes, restrictions, natural disasters, etc. – Juugo is not obliged to fulfill the contractual agreement.
